Step 2: Initial session
Once you decide to work with me, I’ll send you a detailed assessment form. This helps me understand your lifestyle and body requirements. Based on this information, we’ll work together to create your individual diet plan and set your personal goals.
Step 3: Ongoing support
Behaviour change doesn’t happen overnight. But with dedication, perseverance and the right guidance, you can reach your goals. We will regularly review your goals and diet plan based on your progress.
